Spitalfields Works is a built-to-rent development, built upon a vision to respect and enhance the locality rather than impose itself upon it.

It’s created with four separate buildings. Each is influenced by the architectural history of the area, each offers different living options. Combined, the buildings provide all residents with the amenities and services expected in a large ‘block’ built-to-rent community. This radical strategy makes complete sense when you understand the eclectic history, culture and community of Spitalfields, but it raises issues when trying to bring the development to market.

Embracing the local mix of architecture, cultures, and lifestyles, the brand allows each building to have its own individual identity while bringing them all together under one mother brand to tell the wider story of the offer.
